Please check our product policy before you purchase or plan to return any product.
1) Any product will be delivered only after full payment is received.
2) Delivery cost (which includes return delivery as well) will be paid by customer.
3) For customized product:
i) Customer must pay 60% of the total cost of the product in advance.
ii) Customized products are usually non-refundable. However, LUMELIOR values its customer and therefore is the only company which offers refund for customized item. LUMELIOR will return 40% of the total cost of the product ONLY after receiving the product in its original condition.
4) For non-customized product:
i) If customer is not satisfied, he/she should inform us within 5 days.
ii) Full refund is only possible after receiving the product in its original condition.
5) Product must be returned within 28 days from its delivery date. If lost or damaged during returning, no refund is possible.
6) For any product, if customer notices any defect/scratch/damage upon receiving the product, customer should contact us with pictures to our e-mail lumeliorstore@gmail.com within 14 hours of delivery of the product to customer's address with receipt and phone number/WhatsApp number for further communication. LUMELIOR team will be in touch to handle the situation.
